Hadassah Nussbaum

Whole-person guidance
to natural health

The body does not get it wrong. When something does not feel right, it is telling us there is a reason. My guidance starts from that reason, not from the symptom, at your pace and with no shortcuts.

We start here. With a breath.

What I believe

What if the problem is not the problem?

  1. Illness is not random.
  2. There is no healing without removing the cause.
  3. Body, emotion and mind are one system.

I believe that every person, whatever their situation, can improve it naturally and without invasive means. Health is a direct result of how we live in our body, our emotions and our thoughts. My calling is to guide and accompany you through a personal programme of growth and habit change that leads to healing, balance and joy.

Have a question? Just ask

The root, not the leaf.

The path

What working with me looks like

Four stops, at a pace that suits you. No big promises, plenty of listening.

  1. A first conversation

A short call. You tell me what is on your mind, I listen, and together we work out whether this is a good fit.

  2. Mapping your habits and where you are

We look at everyday life together: food, sleep, movement, stress, emotion and thought. No judgement, just an honest picture of where things come from.

  3. A personal plan, one step at a time

A plan that fits your life rather than the other way round. One change at a time, instead of an overhaul that will not last.

  4. Close support and small changes that stick

I stay with you along the way: adjusting, fine-tuning, noticing progress. The small changes that stay are the ones that make the difference.

    Start with a conversation

One step at a time.

Honestly

Who this is for, and who it is not

Yes, if you...

  • Are ready to take responsibility for your own health
  • Prefer gradual change that lasts over a quick fix
  • Want to understand the cause, not only quiet the symptom
  • Are open to looking at body, emotion and mind together

Less so, if you...

  • Are looking for a quick fix without changing habits
  • Would rather someone else did the work for you
  • Expect a guaranteed outcome. This is a path, not a promise

Questions people ask

Who is Hadassah Nussbaum?

Hadassah Nussbaum holds a B.A. in Behavioural Sciences from Ben-Gurion University and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from England, where she lived for 19 years. She guides people one on one through gradual habit change for natural health, online and in some cases in person around Moshav Shekef, in Hebrew and English, and has worked with more than 200 clients to date.

Do sessions happen online or in person?

Both are possible: online sessions, and in some cases in person around Moshav Shekef. We will work out together what suits you.

Which language do we work in?

Hebrew or English, whichever feels more natural. After 19 years in England, both are home to me.

How do I start?

Send me a WhatsApp message or give me a call. We will set up a short first conversation and take it from there.

What is the first conversation like?

Short. You tell me what is on your mind, I ask a few questions, and together we decide whether this is right for you.

How long does the guidance last?

It depends on your situation and your pace, and there is no fixed track. We will talk about it honestly in the first conversation.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Hadassah Nussbaum’s guidance is a process of changing everyday habits around food, movement and rest. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Anyone under medical care continues with it, and the guidance runs alongside.

Another question? Write to me

Just a conversation. That is all.

The first step is a conversation

You do not have to decide anything today. Just reach out and tell me what is on your mind. We will take it from there, together.
