A graduation party is one of the biggest school events of the year: a full room of parents, students on stage, and plenty of photos and names on screen. It is a ceremony and a show at once.
A bigger audience than usual
Parents, grandparents and siblings fill the room. Speakers are spread to reach the last row without blasting the front.
The student show
Dances, songs and sketches each need the right microphones: wireless for actors, directional ones for the choir, and playback in order.
The screen
School photos, graduate names, a class video. A large LED screen lets everyone see, even at the back of a gym. We check all content on the screen before parents arrive.
Gym or auditorium
An auditorium is built for a stage. A gym is tall and echoey and needs careful speaker placement so speech stays clear.
