Technical production for institutions and public bodies
Technical production for councils, schools and public bodies: sound, lighting, LED screens and an engineer on site. Insured, with documents before the event. Ezer Sound, Ashkelon.
An institutional event is measured by things a private event hardly checks: whether setup finished inside the allotted window, whether the vehicle could get in, whether the power held, and whether a technician was on site when something happened.
What we agree in advance
- Setup schedule: when we can enter, when we must finish.
- Access: where the vehicle and equipment come in.
- Power: what exists, what load it carries, what is needed.
- Safety: rigging, cables, height and crowd, to the institution's rules.
- Running order: who speaks when, and what goes on the screen.
- Technician: who is on site for the event and until when.
Insurance and approvals
All equipment is ours, and the business is insured with the required approvals. Documents are provided before the event.
Planning an institutional event?
Send the date, venue and scope. One contact handles the rest.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with councils and public bodies?
Yes, it is a significant part of our work, including government bodies and the IDF. Specific names are not published without written approval.
Who is our contact?
One contact person through the whole process, from planning to load-out.
Can you meet an institution setup schedule?
That is usually the main constraint. Setup windows at schools and public venues are short and fixed, so we plan backwards from them.
