An LED screen is the easiest item to order wrong. Two things decide whether it works: size and viewing distance. Most people choose from a catalogue photo.
Before you order
- Viewing distance sets the size: can the person furthest away read the text without effort?
- Pixel pitch sets the sharpness up close: it matters at exhibitions, less on a distant stage.
- Indoors or outdoors: an indoor screen in daylight looks flat. Outdoor day events need a brighter screen.
- Access and rigging: how the screen gets in, what it stands on or hangs from, and how long the venue allows for setup.
Screens for display at events, exhibitions and conferences
Often the screen is the display itself: a product at an exhibition stand, slides at a conference, a brand at a launch, or names and photos at a ceremony. We rent, install and operate; we do not sell permanent screens.

What screen size do we need?
It follows viewing distance and audience size, not budget. If the person furthest away cannot read the text easily, the screen is too small.
What is pixel pitch and why does it matter?
The distance between pixels. A lower number means a sharper image up close. Critical when people stand near the screen, barely noticeable when it is far away.
Do you sell screens?
No. We rent LED screens for events, including setup and operation. We do not sell or install permanent screens.
